1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or receipt.
Items that are non-returnable include:
- Downloadable digital products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made items
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@echoactualite.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same one (e.g., different size or color), contact us within 14 days. We’ll confirm stock availability and guide you through the process.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@echoactualite.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund.
